Termination

You agree that CAP Action, in its sole discretion, may terminate your use of AmericanProgressAction.org or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason, including if CAP Action believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the spirit of the Terms of Use. Further, you agree that CAP Action will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to AmericanProgressAction.org.
