It creates major savings for the average American family on everything from health care to child care and more—and it’s arriving just in time to deliver relief to the greatest number of Americans. Here’s what we’re hearing from folks about the impact this bill would have:
On insulin affordability, Leanna Tsinajinnie of Houck, Arizona wrote “For the 34.7 million Americans living with diabetes, insulin affordability is a vitally important issue, especially in indigenous communities. President Biden’s Build Back Better plan would cap insulin costs at $35 a month, saving diabetics like me hundreds of dollars each year.”
