Kaitlyn McMillin is a senior staff accountant at American Progress. Originally from the Southern Indiana area, she received her B.S. degree and her Master of Science in strategic finance from Indiana University. Before coming on at American Progress, McMillin worked for a LGBTQ+-owned ad agency in Louisville, Kentucky. She currently resides in the northern Virginia area with her two cats. In her spare time, you can find her reading, traveling, or training for her next half marathon.
