Lamiya Kudrati is the individual giving coordinator at American Progress. Prior to joining American Progress, she completed research for the city of Gainesville, Florida, and interned on Capitol Hill for Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL). Kudrati was born and raised in South Florida and earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and economics from the University of Florida. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, baking, and discovering hidden gems around the city.
