Tasha Bermudez is a senior fellow at American Progress and works closely with the chief operating officer. Prior to joining American Progress, Tasha provided leadership coaching and strategic change management advising to nonprofits as the chief executive officer, lead coach, and consultant for Be Coaching & Consulting LLC. She formerly worked at the Open Society Foundations, supporting the organization’s strategic operations development and fulfilling a number of roles while with its Latin America program and executive office.
